Intermittent Fasting – Day 1

So today is my first fasting day, so far so good. I had my last meal last night around 9:30pm, going until 9:30pm tonight after training. To help ease me in the first day or two I’m nibbling on cucumber & carrot slices but really it hasn’t been all that terrible- being distracted at work helps!
