Just another Sunday night. A big goal for me this year is to dial in my diet. They say 20% working out 🏋🏽 and 80% diet 🥑🥒🥝 We’ve been meal prepping for a while now and that has made all the difference! Eating healthy can taste fantastic, and best part, you are so not starving yourself. Our menu for the week includes low carb protein pancakes, Greek chicken orzo salad, and zucchini lasagna. Delicious!
